What is Hypnosis?


Hypnosis is a natural and enjoyable process that helps to achieve more control over thoughts, feelings and behaviour. It is a natural state that many of us experience in our daily life. It feels very similar to daydreaming or the moments before falling asleep. In fact daydreaming is a self-induced hypnotic state. However, during hypnosis you will not be asleep and will remain in control at all times.

Hypnosis can be a valuable tool to help you achieve the desired changes in your life. Positive suggestions have a more powerful effect which means that it is often possible to make remarkable and rapid changes. 


A wide variety of problems, ranging from a behavioural change to treating medical conditions such as chronic pain or panic attacks, can be treated with hypnosis. It is an excellent way of reducing fear, anxiety and stress related conditions or boosting self esteem.
