Trouble sleeping is very common among the clients that I see. Often people struggle to switch off from their day or are worrying about what is to come. I have created this hypnosis to listen to in bed to help ease you into a restful and refreshing night's sleep. Once you have listened to it a few times, you may be surprised to find that you are able to use the techniques without my guidance.
